If the customer wants to do a particular side of that project for themselves, say they want to do the electrical on the chargers and they just have us start them up, we can do that. If you want us to just go put the batteries in and somebody else is taking care of the UPS, we can do that as well. We work with the client.
The other thing we can do too is we also train people. You can call us out and we can educate your employees to do your maintenance on your products. And then in the future, you may want us just to come out and do the load testing. But as long as we educate you on what the manufacturer needs, what you need to do for your own insurance company’s policies, to make sure that your system’s doing what it needs to do every three months, six month check, one year check, you name it. And then we can kind of go over that and train your technicians, your electricians, what have you, and get them more comfortable with batteries.
I’m finding there’s a lot more people that are not sure of DC. And we’re absolutely fine with coming out and giving them the reassurance, the education. And it’s more just, I find that there’s just not a lot of education when it comes to the DC side of UPS’s, batteries, chargers, you name it. So that’s what we can provide as well.
So we can provide the product and some customers want to put their own product in, and that’s fine too. We’re always there, whether they need us to supply, service, install, you name it.
